ABOUT Cameron Fancourt

Kicking off my career as an ambitious young kid, I started washing cars and mowing lawns for pocket money on weekends and after school at the ripe old age of 14. I knew at a young age the only way I was ever going to make it in the world was to be who I really wanted to be.

Much to my parents and grandparent’s dismay, I went out of my way to rebel against the social norms of aiming for grades and heading straight to university, I was not remotely interested in either of these options, my head was filled with notions of a unique pathway to success.

Towards the end of my schooling, I spent much of my time researching and aspiring to be an entrepreneur and formulating a plan to become a highly successful businessman. My economics teacher at the time said to me "Fancourt, what are you doing here? You need to get out and start your own business; you have a gift and school is not for you". That gift was my willingness to be bold, be distinctive and view my aspirations much differently than the norm.

From the age of 18, I tried to figure out how to best use my skills for my career. Should I go to college? Should I take the leap of faith and start a business? Do I want to be in real estate? Should I be a builder?

All I knew is that I wanted to be successful and make a lot of money, enough to enable me the security to retire financially if I chose, at the age of 40.

Now that I have reached the age of 40, I have successfully achieved many of the dreams I had set out to achieve at the tender age of 18. After earning more money than most could ever imagine and doing more in business than most people will in a lifetime. The most valuable asset in all of this is the enormous amount of learning, knowledge and experience I have gained, the biggest gift of all. To do all of this I had to get out there work hard and dream big.

In my career, I have had to take many risks to achieve my goals of being an aspiring entrepreneur. I’ve had to work hard and make sacrifices along the way. Sacrifices that have been some of the most challenging and gut-wrenching times of my life.

I have four beautiful children, Charlotte, Bella, Mia and Harper all the while building, growing and owning multiple service and retail businesses, franchising 5 companies, sitting on the board of high profile international companies and being fortunate to have worked with some of the elite high net worth and high profile figures globally.

I want to share with you my experience and journey in business and life, the good, the bad, the fun and the challenges. I want to share with you how fear can keep us trapped in a world of pain and misery and limit us beyond belief. The road is not easy, but I want to share with you ways you can minimise your failings and maximise opportunity by unlocking limiting behaviours and beliefs about yourself and your business.

Success isn't about having all the money, cars, houses and generally all the things in the world.  Success is about what you learn, who you meet, what you experience and how you can use all of this to your absolute advantage as you grow through your journey in business and in life. I often have said, "It is a lonely road at the top" but it can be very fulfilling and rewarding if you’re prepared to listen to your gut and challenge yourself daily.

Money is only one small part of your success, and I want to teach you how you can have more than just money and be completely fulfilled in every aspect of your professional and personal life. As you take the journey of life where business, financial freedom and a balanced lifestyle are important to you, I want to support you in achieving your goals and aspirations and BREAK FREE of limiting beliefs and fear that hold you back from those goals. Let me share with you, support you and guide you in achieving all you set out to achieve. I want you to look back when you are in your 40's, 50's, 60's or 70's and say ‘I AM SUCCESSFUL, I AM FREE, I AM HAPPY AND IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!!!!’
